Who is Konor Halpin?

Konor with a K, is a native of Waterford City and has entertained far and wide over a career spanning thirty years. Whatever facet of entertainment you mention, Konor has covered it. Konor believes in challenging himself to meet the aspirations of the public, forever in search of the latest trend in entertainment.

He has worked with blue chip companies like Kelly's Resort Hotel, Irish Ferries on their Salings to France and Britain, TEVA Pharmaceuticals where Konor has supplied entertainment for the company's annual Family Fun Day for the past 20 years, Paul's of Kilkenny, Glanbia, Lismore Heritage Centre, and at fetes and festivals all over the country.

Konor has written many parody songs and appeared on Funny Friday with Joe Duffy on RTE radio 1 on numerous occasions. He won the trip of a lifetime to Hawaii with Gerry Ryan RIP, when he performed the winning rap on a Bord na Mona sponsored competition.

Konor Halpin is a huge hit with children of all ages wherever he goes. Famed for his creative and fun personality, Konor will deliver the goods wherever he goes for big crowds and smaller gatherings.

Konor is currently enjoying a busy Summer supplying entertainment to the people of Waterford every Friday and Saturday afternoon sponsored by Waterford City Council.

He is currently working on a follow up to his successful one man show, Raving Bull, which will premiere at this year's Imagine Festival in Waterford after which it will tour extensively.
